Mary has a depth and wealth of experience in strategic and operational roles. Applying her formal qualifications and training to her leadership and management skills, she has led individuals and teams in critical and time pressure situations.

She leads by example and is passionate about promoting accountability in others, that they understand their purpose/roles and that ‘things are done properly’. Her real enjoyment is developing, mentoring, and coaching individuals and teams to achieve their potential so they contribute positively to their organisation’s goals and values.

In her leisure time, she and her husband enjoy golfing, e-biking, and exploring this wonderful country we call home.
